## Join Our Team: SAP Production Administrator
PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our operations team in Surabaya. As an SAP Production Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy of our manufacturing workflows and ensuring that our data-driven systems function at peak performance.
Core Responsibilities
* SAP Transaction Management: Oversee all SAP-related production documentation, including Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and the precise tracking of material usage and factory supplies.
* Inventory & Material Oversight: Manage material reservations, conduct rigorous stock control, perform stock opname, and maintain active coordination with the PPIC and Warehouse departments.
* Production Reporting: Accurately input, consolidate, and monitor key production metrics, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and production output reports (LPH) across filling, cartoning, and palletizing stages.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of experience in a Production or SAP Administration role within a manufacturing environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in using SAP software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Analytical Skills: High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage administrative reconciliations.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule and be based in Surabaya.
