We are currently seeking highly skilled professionals to join our dedicated team at our advanced manufacturing facility located in the Ngoro Industrial Park, Mojokerto, East Java. Spanning approximately 35,000 square meters, this facility is a hub for the production of consumer goods, household items, and non-sterile, non-electromedical medical devices.
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to fill key roles within our Engineering, Production, and HR-GA departments.
## Engineering Positions: Maintenance and Infrastructure Excellence
Our engineering team is the backbone of our production efficiency. We are seeking candidates who can ensure the seamless operation of our machinery and environmental systems.
* Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Environmental Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in production machine maintenance, preferably within the FMCG sector.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, with a strong understanding of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) operations.
* Added Value: Professional certifications related to WWTP management and experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
* Operational Readiness: Ability to work in shift patterns and reside in the Mojokerto area.
## Production Department: Operational Leadership
We are looking for hands-on production leaders to drive our manufacturing output while maintaining the highest quality standards.
* Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a Production Foreman role, ideally within the cosmetics, skincare, household cleaning, or personal care sectors.
* Compliance Knowledge: Proven understanding of industry standards, including CPPKRTB, CPKB, and SJH.
* System Expertise: Familiarity with SAP software is considered a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a shift-based environment.
## HR-GA: Human Resources and General Affairs Management
Our HR-GA team ensures that both our people and our facility infrastructure are managed with precision, compliance, and excellence.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR-GA Supervisor or HR Generalist, specifically within the FMCG industry.
* Core Competencies: Extensive experience in payroll management, HRIS implementation, waste management, and pest control coordination.
* Strategic Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, detail-oriented reporting capabilities, and strong leadership traits.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
