To support our ongoing expansion and maintain our commitment to quality, we are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Operator to join our team in Cikarang.
## Core Responsibilities of the QC Operator
The Quality Control Operator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every batch leaving our facility meets the highest international standards. The primary duties for this position include:
* Quality Assurance: Conducting rigorous testing to ensure that production samples are perfectly aligned with finished goods, guaranteeing that all output conforms to established quality benchmarks.
* Corrective Action: Developing and implementing corrective formulations should a production sample fall short of our stringent quality specifications.
* Compliance: Strictly adhering to operational procedures in accordance with current ISO standards to maintain consistency and safety in all laboratory and production activities.
## Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a meticulous and resilient professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Age and Gender: Male, between 21 and 35 years of age.
* Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Physical Requirements: Must not be color blind, as visual accuracy is essential for pigment assessment.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a Quality Control role is required; previous experience within the masterbatch industry is highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and a quick, proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Personal Attributes: High level of precision, agility, and mental toughness, with the ability to work effectively within a three-shift rotation system.
