## Current Administrative and Financial Openings
1. Operations Administrator
We are looking for an organized professional to manage the administrative flow of our shipping operations.
* Key Duties: Overseeing ship petty cash, processing agent invoices, managing daily Vessel Daily Reports (VDR), and monitoring ship tracking bills.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics; 2–5 years of experience in shipping/logistics administration; proficient in MS Office.
2. Procurement Administrator
You will play a vital role in ensuring our vessels have the supplies they need to operate efficiently.
* Key Duties: Developing procurement plans, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and controlling inventory levels.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 2–5 years of procurement experience; strong negotiation skills and familiarity with shipping supply chains.
3. Finance & Accounting (AP/AR/Tax)
Join our finance team to ensure the fiscal health and regulatory compliance of our organization.
* Key Duties: Reconciling accounts, managing tax planning and reporting, handling cash flow projections, and maintaining accurate financial ledgers.
* Requirements: Degree in Finance or Accounting; 3–7 years of experience; expertise in tax software and financial reporting; audit experience is highly valued.
## Technical and Fleet Management Roles
4. Port Captain
The Port Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.
* Key Duties: Overseeing loading/discharge operations, ensuring seaworthiness, coordinating crew changes, and managing communication with port authorities.
* Requirements: ANT-III certification or a degree in Marine Engineering; 2–5 years in fleet operations; strong leadership and knowledge of Indonesian maritime regulations.
5. Port Engineer
You will serve as the technical lead for vessel maintenance and engineering projects.
* Key Duties: Scheduling maintenance, managing shipyard repairs, overseeing budgets for technical upgrades, and ensuring 24/7 technical support.
* Requirements: ATT-III certification or a degree in Mechanical/Marine Engineering; 2–5 years of experience; expertise in CMMS/VMS software.
6. Maintenance Technician (Mechanical/Electrical)
Our technical team relies on skilled technicians to keep our engines and electrical systems running at peak performance.
* Key Duties: Troubleshooting mechanical/electrical faults, performing engine overhauls, conducting docking inspections, and maintaining service records.
* Requirements: D3 in Engineering; 5 years of troubleshooting experience; willingness to travel and work on-board.
