1. Palm Oil Certification Manager
This role is essential for maintaining our commitment to environmental and industrial standards.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Develop certification programs aligned with ISPO and PROPER standards.
* Coordinate data collection and reporting across relevant company divisions.
* Oversee internal and external audits, as well as Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) management.
* Ensure all operational practices comply with current government regulations.
* Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Key Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Plantation, Environmental, or Forestry studies.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Certification Manager or 5 years as an Assistant Certification Manager (proven by employment certificates).
* Certification as an ISPO Auditor (Permentan No 11/2015 or No 38/2020) is highly prioritized.
* Proficiency in AMDAL, RKL-RPL, SMK3, and B3 waste management.
* Placement: Merauke, Papua.
2. Palm Oil Mill (PKS) & KCP Supervisor
We are looking for a technical expert to oversee the processing efficiency of our palm oil mills and kernel crushing plants.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement strategies for CPO Mill and KCP operational monitoring.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of all milling activities.
* Conduct technical investigations regarding mechanical and electrical issues.
* Ensure compliance with international standards, including Halal, OHSAS 18001, ISO, and ISCC.
* Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in palm oil milling engineering.
* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
* Experience with GMP, Halal, and ISO certifications is a significant advantage.
* Placement: Head Office, South Jakarta (with travel to site as needed).
3. Budget Controller Staff (Mill & KCP)
The Budget Controller ensures financial efficiency and operational oversight for our processing units.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Draft annual budgets for all CPO Mill and KCP units.
* Evaluate monthly operational work plans and financial expenditures.
* Analyze costs to develop strategies for improved operational efficiency.
* Monitor and report on the periodic performance of mill facilities.
* Key Requirements:
* Proficiency in SAP or relevant ERP systems is mandatory.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Head Office engineering or Mill control roles.
* Deep understanding of CPO and KCP processing workflows.
* Strong administrative and organizational skills for high-level reporting.
