1. Food Techno Commercial (Technician)
The Food Techno Commercial role is vital to maintaining our high service standards in the field. You will act as the primary point of contact for technical support, ensuring our clients receive seamless service and optimal product performance.
* Inventory Oversight: Maintain appropriate stock levels at client sites, ensuring strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management and monitoring expiration dates.
* Technical Support & Training: Provide hands-on product demonstrations and train client staff on SOP-compliant equipment usage.
* Field Maintenance: Conduct site surveys, manage equipment installations, and perform troubleshooting with a full professional toolkit and test kit.
* Client Relations: Manage post-installation cleanup, secure client feedback through satisfaction forms, and maintain systematic daily activity reporting.
* Resource Management: Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts for proactive equipment maintenance.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a technical or commercial role.
2. IT Support Staff
Our IT infrastructure is the backbone of our operational efficiency. We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Support Staff member to maintain our systems, secure our data, and ensure smooth digital operations across all departments.
* System Maintenance: Manage company websites and internal portals while conducting regular network health checks.
* Troubleshooting: Provide rapid response solutions for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
* Hardware Lifecycle Management: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of workstations to prolong asset life.
* Data Integrity: Oversee critical system backups, including Accurate financial software and other proprietary company data.
* Asset Management: Document and label all IT infrastructure for reporting purposes to the Finance and Administration department.
* Escalation: Identify and report major infrastructure failures or damages to department leadership.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology or a related field.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or network administration.
