## Role Overview: CNC Lathe Production Operator
This role is essential to our manufacturing capabilities. We are looking for a dedicated technician who can maintain high standards of precision and efficiency while operating our sophisticated metalworking machinery.
Key Responsibilities and Required Qualifications
To ensure operational excellence, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a vocational high school (SMK) diploma with a major in Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar machining role.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Proven ability to operate CNC lathe machines.
* Skilled in utilizing precision measuring instruments.
* Competency in interpreting technical blueprints and engineering drawings.
* Ability to independently program CNC machinery.
* Soft Skills and Character: High levels of integrity, personal discipline, a positive professional attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly to new work environments.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule and available for overtime as dictated by project requirements.
* Work Location: Bekasi, West Java.
