## Key Responsibilities of a Production Operator
Our production team is the backbone of our operations. As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our fiber optic products meet global quality benchmarks while maintaining efficient manufacturing workflows.
* Machine Operation: Efficiently and safely manage production machinery to meet daily output requirements.
* Target Achievement: Execute production plans and volume goals in alignment with the company’s manufacturing schedule.
* Standard Compliance: Strictly follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
* Quality Control: Continuously monitor the production line and perform inspections to ensure every product meets our stringent specifications.
* Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and cleaning to ensure machine longevity and prevent unexpected downtime.
* Documentation: Accurately record production data, output numbers, and promptly report any technical anomalies to the supervisory team.

## Required Qualifications

* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate, preferably in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting.
* Age Requirement: Maximum 30 years old.
