We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Engineering professional to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence.
## Core Responsibilities for the Production Engineering Role
The Production Engineer will serve as a vital link between our technical processes and performance goals. Key duties include:
* Production Planning: Developing comprehensive production schedules and machine maintenance programs.
* Operational Control: Monitoring daily production activities to ensure targets are consistently met.
* Performance Analysis: Evaluating productivity and efficiency metrics while proposing strategic performance improvement programs.
* Standardization: Drafting, reviewing, and updating Work Instructions and critical process parameters.
* Problem Resolution: Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address production bottlenecks and implementing effective corrective actions.
* Reporting: Preparing detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for process optimization.
* Compliance: Ensuring all manufacturing activities strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and company policies.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless production flow and equipment maintenance.
## Required Qualifications and Professional Skills
To be successful in this position, candidates should possess the following profile:
1. Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a production engineering capacity within a manufacturing environment.
3. Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
4. Methodological Expertise: Demonstrated ability in applying Continuous Improvement techniques such as Kaizen or Lean Manufacturing.
5. Analytical Proficiency: Exceptional problem-solving skills, including experience in Root Cause Analysis and data-driven process improvements.
6. Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
7. Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, with the versatility to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
