## Available Positions
We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following roles:
* Regional Coordinator / Water Supply Facilitator: Providing technical and strategic oversight.
* Assistant Financial Facilitator (APK): Managing financial oversight and reporting.
* Administrative and Financial Assistant (AKK): Supporting essential administrative and fiscal tasks.
* Community Facilitator (FM): Working directly with local stakeholders to implement programs.
## General Qualifications
All candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for a position:
* Proficiency in computer operation, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven experience in community facilitation, particularly within water and sanitation sectors.
* Willingness to commit to a full-time, field-based role in designated project areas.
* Must be a team player with a collaborative mindset.
* Candidates must not be serving as Civil Servants (ASN), nor hold permanent employment elsewhere.
* Must not hold leadership positions in local community organizations (BKM, LKM, or KSM).
* Must not be affiliated with political parties, nor be a candidate for legislative office.
