* Physical & Mental Wellness: Must exhibit sound physical health (free from physical disabilities) and psychological stability, confirmed by the absence of strabismus (crossed eyes) and color blindness via an official medical certificate issued by a licensed healthcare facility.
* Character & Integrity: Must demonstrate good conduct through a valid Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK) and remain completely free from narcotics, psychotropics, and addictive substances, supported by an official drug-free (NAPZA) clearance letter.
* Employment Readiness: Must hold a Job Seeker Card (AK-1) from the local Manpower Office, willingly participate in every stage of the recruitment process, and accept deployment to any operational zone across Indonesian waters upon selection.
