## Specialized Professional Roles
1. Investment & Commercial
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Investment, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, or Consulting.
* Key Skills: Advanced financial modeling, valuation, investment analysis, and project feasibility evaluation. Experience with M&A in the energy or infrastructure sectors is highly preferred.
2. Risk Management
* Requirements: Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in data-centric risk roles (Data Quality, Assurance, or Control).
* Key Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, and Excel; expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning (ARIMA/LSTM), and database management.
3. PPC Officer (Project, Planning & Control)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (minimum 3.30 GPA).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in project planning and control.
* Key Skills: Mastery of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), scheduling software (MS Project/Primavera), and strong English communication skills. Experience in hydropower or solar projects is a significant advantage.
4. IT Staff
* Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or Information Systems.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT infrastructure or system development.
* Key Skills: Proficient in IoT systems, server management, networking, and cyber security. Familiarity with AI implementation and automation tools to boost operational efficiency is highly valued.
## Site-Based and Technical Opportunities
We are seeking dedicated technicians and operational staff for our various power plants to ensure the reliability of our clean energy systems.
Technical & Engineering Positions
* Technician (PLTM Sungai Buaya): Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; 2 years of relevant experience; must be willing to relocate to Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.
* Technician (PLTS/Solar PV): Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering; expertise in solar panels, inverters, and battery systems; 1–2 years of field maintenance experience.
* Technician (PLTM Silau): Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; experience in power plant maintenance; based in Simalungun, North Sumatra.
* Operator (PLTS): Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical; capable of monitoring plant performance and adhering to rigorous safety protocols (K3).
Administrative Roles
* Admin GA (PLTA Batu Gajah): Bachelor’s degree; 1 year of HR/GA experience. This is a 3-month contract position covering maternity leave. Must be based in Langkat, North Sumatra.
* Admin Finance (PLTM Manajur): Diploma level; 1 year of finance or site administration experience; skilled in financial record-keeping and Excel.
